Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Includes package tracking
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

Return Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless item is defective

- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Return shipping address

3. Package and Ship
Securely pack your items (like you would protect camping gear from the elements) and include:
- Original packaging and all accessories
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Return authorization number clearly visible

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: New item shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used camping equipment (sleeping bags, tents with signs of use)
- Opened insect protection products
- Personalized or custom fishing gear
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your outdoor gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent):

International Returns
For orders outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
