Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our fishing rods, bike accessories, and camping gear.

Quick Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Some specialty items may not be returnable (see below)
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective

  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (required for processing)
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if needed

3. Package and Ship

Securely pack your items (like you would protect camping gear from the elements) and include:

  • Original packaging and all accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: New item shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used camping equipment (sleeping bags, tents with signs of use)
  • Opened insect protection products
  • Personalized or custom fishing gear
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your outdoor gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent):

  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive replacement or full refund at your preference

International Returns

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
